BLT+(Avocado) Pasta Salad!
Just 5 QUICK ingredients and you've got a GREAT meal!
Leftover Cooked Bacon (5-10 strips, cooked crispy)
Romaine Lettuce (any lettuce will do)
Cherry or Grape Tomatoes
1 Ripe Hass Avocado
Any kind of bite-size Pasta (Rotini, Farfalle, etc.)
Mayo or Salad Dressing (plus milk, buttermilk or Vinegar if needed to thin)
Cook the pasta according to directions. Drain and place in a large bowl. Chop or tear Lettuce into bite-size pieces. Coarsely crumble Bacon into bowl. Add sliced Cherry Tomatoes and diced or sliced Avocado. Fold in Mayo or Salad Dressing (you might need to add milk, buttermilk or even a little vinegar to thin it slightly.
