We Want to Keep You Sharp!
Ask any Professional Cook or Chef and they will tell you:
"You're more likely to cut yourself with a dull knife than sharp one."
This is very true. A sharp knife will cut with very little effort and accidents resulting in cuts are almost always the result of uneccessary effort because the blade was dull.
With that in mind, we wanted to let you know about Restoration Edge Services and sharpening master Craig Chadwick.
Sharpening While You Shop!
Restoration Edge Services sets up shop in the Scotts Valley Market Parking Lot every Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:30 pm.
Bring your Knives (including serrated!), Chisels, Hatchets, Shears, whatever, to be sharpened and leave them with Craig and do your shopping. When you've finished shopping (most likely you won't need to wait), your knives, etc. will be ready and razor sharp! Prices are shown to the left.
Scotts Valley Market is happy to offer this service because we want to keep you sharp!
